After a number of years washing dishes, cooking, waiting tables, bartending, putting roofs on houses, bartending again, studying, writing, traveling, teaching, opening an ice cream shop (improbably enough), becoming, in my own small way, a social media influencer, and starting a small and short-lived nonprofit, I decided to pack it in and retire to Southeast Asia with my wife who still loves me, Gina. This is my memoir of this time in my life.
